What ’s the job? The Email Marketing Specialist is an integral member of our client services team responsible for ideating, developing, and executing digital conversation plans for our higher education clients. This person will work directly with the Digital Marketing Manager to deliver high-quality, accurate client work, on-time and within budget.

Is it for me? Answer these five questions!

  1. Plan and execute multi-step email workflows with a high-attention to detail and accuracy within client timelines?
  2. Are you comfortable working with client data to create fields and build audience segments using marketing automation software?
  3. Do you have demonstrated experience building multi-step email campaigns?
  4. Do you have strong HTML skills?
  5. Are you passionate about digital marketing and committed to continuous improvement?

If you answered yes to all of these questions, then yes, this is the position for you.

Should I apply? If you are not equally comfortable with software, data and the use of marketing automation software, then this position won’t be a good fit. We embrace technology, metrics, direct response digital marketing communications, and evidence-based marketing techniques.
