We support our clients with marketing automation software, eCRM services, and consulting. Using our deep knowledge of higher education enrollment marketing, our staff becomes an extension of our clients’ team providing actionable solutions to the enrollment marketing issues they face and the wherewithal to get the work done. WHERE WE WORK
Located approximately one mile north of Lenox Square Mall, our studio is located within the popular Village Place community on Dresden Drive. Village Place is a live/work community featuring restaurants such as Kaleidoscope, Haven, and The One Sushi along with Savi Market, spas and dry cleaners. Work in a laid-back atmosphere with a walk able neighborhood feel.


WHAT YOU WOULD DO IF YOU WORKED FOR US

The Digital Account Manager excels in both the strategic and the tactical when it comes to digital marketing. The ideal candidate is a player/coach and comes from a digital/interactive agency background where he/she has been a hands-on leader with skills ranging from campaign ideation and planning, to art direction and copy writing, to project plans and accompanying digital production schedules.

Should I apply? If you are not equally comfortable with software, data and the use of marketing automation software, then this position won’t be a good fit. We embrace technology, metrics, direct response digital marketing communications, and evidence-based marketing techniques. If you are not able to translate strategy to execution, or if you need explicit instructions to get the job done, this position is not for you.

WHAT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD BE

  • Communicates directly with clients and manages all client project phases including onboarding, discovery, planning and execution.
  • Brainstorms and formulates the vision, strategy and manages approach, scope, estimates and overall project plan for client deliverables.
  • Assist in translating key points of distinction into creative strategies and associated messaging and calls-to-action.
  • Guide the conversion of creative ideas into assets in accordance with client identity standards and guidelines.
  • Pitch creative strategies and concepts to internal company- and external client- audiences.
  • Conceptualize, design and supervise the creative production of interactive campaigns with a focus on email, website landing pages, social media and SMS messaging.
  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day creative workload of internal staff (4-5) and external resources to ensure that work is completed on-time and efficiently. Uses project planning and tracking systems to manage the work.
  • Manage the production, review and approval processes for all creative assets developed by internal staff and external resources.
  • Provide personal accountability for final proofing of all creative assets to ensure accuracy, clarity and consistency of style.
  • Drives the continuous improvement of the creative practice (e.g., competencies, tools and disciplines) and ensures alignment with broader business and technical processes.

You'll will have the necessary skill-set and desire to work hands-on as needed.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in a digital, direct response marketing agency or corporate marketing environment.
  • A four-year college degree from a regionally accredited institution.
  • Highly organized with the ability to both manage and produce creative projects within designated timeframes.
  • Self-starter and highly motivated. Must be capable of working independently, yet collaboratively, within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills and communication abilities at all levels of both internal and client organizations.
  • Strong ability to prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short and long-term needs.
